- Check in by 5:50 PM. Late arrivals can join Round 4 open play but won't appear on the leaderboard for the night.
- Cancel any time before 5:00 PM— text Zack and we'll move someone off the waitlist.
- Format: 3 scored rounds, 10-point tiebreakers, ~2 hours total. Round 4 is optional open play.
- Cover: $5 for members, $20 for guests — and fresh Penn Tour balls are now provided on every court.
- If we can't field 4+ players, the night is canceled and you'll be notified by 4 PM.
